🚗💨 Bump n Grind: Third Time’s the Charm!

We’re back for our third Shitbox Rally—and if history’s taught us anything, it’s that this wild ride across Australia is more than just busted radiators and dodgy dashboards. It’s about grit, laughter, and the incredible community that rallies together for a cause that truly matters: raising funds for cancer research.

From our first rally where we limped through the outback with warning lights blazing, to our second filled with river crossing and sunsets - we’ve cherished every moment. The many breakdowns along the way (mechanical and emotional!), the characters and new friends, and the unwavering support from our donors have made this journey unforgettable.

This Winter 2026, Team Bump n Grind is gearing up once again, ready to tackle the unknown in our trusty shitbox. We’re proud to be part of Australia’s largest community-led fundraiser for the Cancer Council, and we’re aiming high—because every dollar raised brings us closer to better outcomes for those impacted by cancer.

So jump on board, follow our antics, and help us make this our biggest rally yet. Whether it’s a donation, a share, or a cheer from the sidelines, your support means the world.

They're doing what!?

Shitbox Rally is a 7-day challenge like no other. Participants drive cars worth no more than $1,500 through some of Australia's most stunning (and often rugged) landscapes, all in support of cancer research. It's not a race — it's a challenge and more importantly, a celebration of the power of community.

Yes, the cars break down, and yes, there are plenty of unexpected twists along the way, but that's all part of the fun.

The rally is designed to be a colourful and unpredictable experience, where teams travel in small groups, helping each other along the way.

And when the day's drive ends, we gather around the campfire, share stories, and reflect on the day's achievements.

This event brings together people who have been impacted by cancer in different ways — whether it's through their own battles or through loved ones. Together we'll make memories that last a lifetime while supporting the fight against cancer.
